tl:dr; is internet ‘meme’. Simply, it mean Too Long: Didn’t Read;. In most cases its used as ‘footer’ of long text. When someone posts 1 page of text and last line is ‘tl:dr; she left me, i am sad’ you don’t have to read whole text if you are not interested in, and you still know what is it about. I think it’s great time saver.

The whole problem with today media is that they are payed by words. So writers write more to have more money, but there is problem. No one is interested in it. There is no need to write 500 pages about some elections. ‘America has black president, McCain lost because of Palin’ is more than enough.

So, the whole point of this page, is to sum news into few lines of text, so you don’t have to read all the news. Oh yeah, and that sarcasm, sorry, nature made me that way.

I know, that there will be lot of missing news, long breaks and so just because i won’t spend my day writing news, i have better things to do. But if you are interested in joining my super-elite-rockstar writing team, just drop me a line ( admin at tldrnews dot com ).
